Supplied in sheets and shapes, it can be fabricated and seamed inconspicuously to produce beautiful surfaces for both domestic and commercial uses. In the U.K we have a Quality Network of fabricators, private companies who transform CORIAN sheet and shapes into beautiful bespoke creations. Each project is treated as unique, designed and templated to fit your area and installed by trained craftsmen. In addition DuPont warrant the CORIAN fabrication of all Quality Network Fabricators with the DuPont 10 Year Limited Installed Warranty to cover against any fabrication faults should any occurr during this period. Repair Service As an Authorised DuPont Quality Network Service Centre we have worked in close partnership with DuPont over many years to provide the very best in customer repair service for both warranty clients, private home owners and companies for out of warranty repair proceedures. Over the years your kitchen may take a lot of wear, and we all know that accidents can happen. With CORIAN most damage including severe impact, heat damage, chemical damage, and cracks can be inconspicuously repaired and the installation returned to its original smooth beauty. This repairwork can usually be carried out in-house with your surface being left in-situ, with a normal level repair job being completed within one visit to your home. Refurbishment At Artisan we also specialise in sanding refurbishment of aged CORIAN surfaces. Over years of use CORIAN naturally develops a fine patina of scratches. While light marks can be removed by regular cleaning of your surface with Bar Keeper's Friend or a similar cleaner, deeper scratches may remain. During a sanding re-furbishment visit we remove the scratches and build-up from your surface to leave an as new smooth lustre. This service is usually booked when a client or company is re-painting and updating an area. By addressing the worktops the whole area can be given an as new appearance again for little expense in comparison to changing worktops. With new worktops costing on average £3000-£8000 the renewable nature of CORIAN makes great sense! A sanding visit does not remove cracks, heat damage or joint failures as these are through the thickness of the surface, however in conjunction with a repair visit these problems can all be resolved and your surface greatly improved.
